Terry Taylor - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve clients' lives, handle policy reviews, resolve issues, and drive retention and growth. If you are sociable, sales-minded, and customer-focused, this role offers advancement opportunities and a flexible schedule.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
