Rent-A-Center in Columbus, GA is hiring for an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, completing deliveries and pickups, and maintaining store standards.

You will handle early-stage collections (1–6 days past due), transport and install merchandise, and contribute to account health while following RAC safety guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
