Job summary

Rent-A-Center in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth through new rental agreements.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 18+, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy merchandise. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with full-time hours Monday–Saturday and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required and proven customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups; provide white-glove service in-store and at customers’ homes
• Generate new rental agreements and contribute to sales growth while adhering to company policies
