Job description

Imagination is currently hiring for an Account Manager role that will be the key day-to-day leader on this account and requires 4+ years of relevant experience in the experiential campaigns and 7+ related fields, including agency or in-housemarketing roles. Proven experience with integrated programs featuring solid digital strategies is required.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Insight & Program Leadership

  • Responsible for leading and managing mid-level client relationships by understanding their business goals, objectives, and challenges
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategic plans and innovative solutions that drive business growth and achieve client objectives
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects are aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and mentor junior teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded
  • Stay’s up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients
  • Independently creates, tracks, monitors and enforced detailed scopes of work for projects.

Account & Project Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are profitable and that all costs are accounted for
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop and present proposals to clients, and negotiate contracts
  • Project manage workback, workstreams, internal stakeholders, and creative/production problem solving
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Streamline internal processes and identify areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Communications

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, escalating to Account Director and Senior Account Director or Executive, when necessary
  • A strong leader, able to motivate and inspire their team and cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders.

Has sound experience across multiple channels specifically events, experiential activations,

exhibition design, digital, social media, screen content production and marcomms programs.

  • The ability to work on and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Team player, must be flexible, inclusive, positive and helpful

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to adjust to changing client needs and market conditions
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays on occasion as required by client workload
  • Must be able to travel internationally for up to two weeks at a time

  • Proven experience leading multi-workstream programs with significant digital components
  • Strong understanding of experiential delivery models, timelines, and constraints
  • Experience owning budgets, schedules, and risk management at a program level
  • Excellent communication management skillsA calm, structured, and solutions-oriented approach under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
