Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and growing territory sales, current sales accounts, and identifying new accounts. It requires a general knowledge of customer relationships, including resin needs, end uses, credit, logistics, and inventory.

Territory

Account Manager will service customers in California or as defined by the Regional Commercial Director.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve profitable revenue growth and develop new business.
  2. Meet gross margin targets.
  3. Utilize customer-centric selling skills professionally.
  4. Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and manage sales and expense budgets.
  6. Collaborate with channel partners to meet customer needs.
  7. Maintain CRM data and sales statistics.
  8. Coordinate with Technical and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Interact effectively at all customer levels.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sectors.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Work Environment

This position is remote, with potential shared workspace and noise considerations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to communicate verbally, read, type regularly, and lift up to 40 lbs. Travel may be required.
