The Role:
As an Account Manager at Hazel Health, you will be responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with K-12 partner school districts within your designated territory. Collaborating closely with the customer success team and other internal stakeholders, you will contribute to regional goals and strategies, ensuring our district partnerships are sustainably scaling to meet student healthcare needs.
In this role, you will establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within a district. Acting as the chief strategist, you will lead the team in creating a dynamic experience throughout the life cycle of our K-12 partnerships.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in K-12 account management, with a data-driven, goal-oriented approach to achieving account management principles and revenue targets. A proven track record of fostering strong, dynamic relationships is essential.
This Account Manager supports district partnerships across IL, KY, OH, and MO.
Location: Remote (This role requires up to 30% travel in the field. Candidates must be based in the Central or Midwest region)

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $105,000- $125,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, stock options, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
