Echo Global Logistics is seeking an Account Manager, Temp Control to drive profitability and client satisfaction within our temperature-controlled transportation segment. We handle refrigerated and LTL needs by leveraging no sailing schedules, our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, our state‑of‑the‑art tracking, and our specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature‑controlled transportation solutions.
The Account Manager, Temp Control is a logistics and supply chain professional responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers within Echo’s temperature‑controlled transportation segment. The ideal candidate has deep experience with refrigerated goods, LTL networks, and partial truckload operations, combined with strong analytical skills and proven customer‑facing experience. This role owns the overall strategy, performance, and growth of assigned accounts. The Account Manager, Temp Control ensures maximum profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction while expanding Echo’s share of business. Success requires strong relationship building, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate client needs into operational execution.
This job operates in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
