We are seeking a proactive and skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and smooth project execution. You will collaborate closely with the internal team to create media plans, manage tasks, and deliver outstanding results.

We cater to clients in the hospitality industry across Dubai, London, Paris, LA, and Ibiza. We take pride in offering personalised services, detailed reporting, and seamless communication.

Responsibilities

– Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.

– Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive media plans tailored to client needs.

– Provide creative suggestions and guidance to clients for ad creatives to align with campaign objectives.

– Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

– Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress using project management tools.

– Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients.

– Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team to address feedback and resolve issues promptly.

– Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications
