Job summary

Connie Snook - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations, grow the agency through client relationships, and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to the community in a sociable, sales-minded role.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate to customers effectively.
• Must have P&C Licensing and Insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
