Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Account Manager II in Business Insurance to support clients, manage service relationships, and drive growth. You will handle inquiries, billing issues, and policy changes while maintaining a professional client-facing presence.

The role requires 3–5 years in Business Insurance, a P&C license (or ability to obtain in 90 days), and applicable designations or strong knowledge of coverages. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain in 90 days.
• Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service and risk management needs and manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers.
• Serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, and make policy changes.
• Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Education

A day in the life.

As our Account Manager II on the Business Insurance team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with service and risk management needs and managing relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. You'll serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years' experience in Business Insurance
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment)
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using Sagitta and/or ImageRight
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
