The Books Amazon Vendor Services team is seeking a highly-motivated Account Manager to work directly with some of our most strategic Trade Books publishers. The Account Manager is responsible for driving the value, selection, and convenience across a publisher's Amazon business, and plays a key role in shaping the future of the program by solving complex problems, leveraging data to make decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. In this role, you will create and execute strategic joint business plans, collaborate with publishers and vendor managers to explore innovative ways to achieve account goals that drive success in selection, merchandising and operations, and provide day-to-day support for your publishers. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong account management and/or vendor management, data analysis, and decision-making skills. They should be able to deliver services against defined processes and services and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Above all, they should demonstrate a high level of ownership, with the ability to deal with ambiguity, as they would be the face of Amazon to key publishers, owning their satisfaction and contributing to their experience driving their Amazon business.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
