American Power & Gas, a leading provider of green energy solutions, is hiring Account Managers for an onsite, full-time role in Florida. The position focuses on inside sales and customer service with provided leads, base salary plus commission, and paid training.

Weekday schedule, no weekends, and strong team support are offered. Initial paid training and career development accompany a guaranteed base salary with commission, along with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO, holidays,

Responsibilities

• Leads completely provided; engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and guiding them through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, receiving ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.

Job Title: Account Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Experienced

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week (Base + Commission)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends!)

This is an onsite position only.
