Role Objective:

Create strategic growth and revenue for Global Transaction banking (Business Banking Digital Channel Capabilities, Business Payments, Virtual Account Management, Cash Flow Forecasting for SMEs, Working Capital Management for mid and large sized Corporates, Payables and Receivables Finance) software and service offerings by fostering strong C-Suite relationships.

Scope of Role:

With domain knowledge of Transaction Banking preferred, the candidate will facilitate the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.

Role Objective

Acquisition of new business and sales for Corporate Banking software products through new client acquisition of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions in USA.

Scope of Role:

The successful candidates will be expected to acquire new clients and increase the wallet share in existing clients in Corporate Banking Software Products sale. The client focus will be on Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions. This is an active new business development role with a primary goal of increasing sales revenue through selling high value software technology solutions around FinTech Products to FIs.

Ideal Candidate

● Currently leading business development remit in large size consulting or software product business overseeing USA market

● Able to demonstrate a strong sales track record including the strategic management of large, complex relationships.

● Strong C-suite level contacts in the banks within the GTB landscape targeted banking sector with focus on Digital Transformation.

● Ability to develop feedback and communication channels across the organization around product, service, and marketing to continually enhance the company's offerings

Responsibilities

The candidate will be the key driver and contributor of revenue acquisition for Transaction banking solutions in the region.

● Recommend & implement sales strategy and work on approved Go to Market plan for the region to acquire new clients.

● Deliver on agreed annual revenue/order book/license fee targets as per the company business plan for the region / target markets.

● Build strategic relationships with the target client's base to identify new initiatives and generate the pipeline for new business.

● Control the sales process throughout the sales cycle and be accountable for and lead all new RFPs/proposal submissions and ensure getting the right team in place for increasing the probability of a win.

● Provide market insights & guidance on the market as required

● Active use of in house CRM for account activity and reporting.

Requirements

● 8+ years of experience in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions. Knowledge of the banking vertical is required.

● Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships at senior level in strategic accounts and grow business through consultative sales methodology.

● Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of a client’s business, identifying challenges and opportunities as well as how to position solutions to address those needs.

● Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.

● Demonstrates deep product and industry knowledge including market trends and competitive intelligence.

● Strong network within Senior management of Tier 1 USA banks including bank
