Title: Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines
Location: Remote, supporting our Gainesville, GA branch. Book focus includes franchised dealerships, construction, manufacturing & distribution, cyber.
Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, producer, and/or assigned group of accounts. Work with minimal direction from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer, ensuring standards are met while minimizing liability. Independently resolve moderately complex customer service issues and manage smaller or less complex accounts.
