Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Account Manager, Americas OMS to ensure smooth information flow between BU and ESC teams and to lead ESC resources across projects and revenue recognition. This 100% remote role reports to the Senior Global Manager Account & Procurement Management.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in global, customer-facing roles, experience in global sourcing, ERP (SAP & Ariba), and willingness to travel up to 20% to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in a global technical company supporting complex projects.
• Experience in customer-facing roles providing excellent customer service, customer demand planning, issue resolution and executive communications.
• Experience in global sourcing.
• ERP system experience in a global environment (SAP & Ariba).
• Ability to travel 10% to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate demand from BU for ESC and supplier activities (business opportunity identification, supplier SIOP).
• Lead Bid and Proposal identification and execution.
• Be the issue resolution contact for BU partners.
• Be the voice of the customer within the ESC organization.
• Understand project delivery performance at BU level and lead variance resolution with PPM and SPE teams.
• Lead Get to Green (G2G) process for BU to track metrics and drive 9-step problem solving with ESC.
• Lead Escalation Process for BU segment to monitor issue entry and allocate ESC resources.

About the role:

As an Account Manager, Americas OMS you will ensure the smooth flow of information between the department (BU) and the Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Team. You will lead Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) resources across the ESC teams in delivering direct procurements to support projects and revenue recognition for the business. You will report to the Senior Global Manager Account & Procurement Management (PPM)and work remote. 100% Remote Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggregate demand from BU for ESC and supplier activities (business opportunity identification, supplier SIOP)
• Lead Bid and Proposal (B&P) identification and execution
• Be the issue resolution contact for BU partners
• Be the voice of the customer within the ESC organization
• Understand project delivery performance at BU level and lead management/resolution of variances with Procurement Program Management (PPM) and Supplier Performance Engineering (SPE) teams
• Lead Get to Green (G2G) Process for BU segment to track important metrics, observe abnormal conditions and lead 9-step problem solving activities with ESC functions to resolve issues
• Lead Escalation Process for BU segment through our issue management database to monitor issue entry and identify ESC resources to lead issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a global technical company supporting complex projects
• Experience in customer-facing (internal or external) roles providing excellent customer service, customer demand planning, issue resolution and executive communications
• Experience in global sourcing
• ERP system or similar system experience in a global environment is beneficial (SAP & Ariba)
• Ability to travel 10% to 20%

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
