AWS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to expand penetration and identify new workloads within NAMER, focusing on our most strategic customers in Seattle and across the region. You will develop and execute a territory plan, accelerate adoption of AWS services, and maintain a robust revenue pipeline to achieve quarterly targets.
The ideal candidate blends sales and technical acumen to engage CXO-level stakeholders as well as software developers and IT architects.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to focus on expanding penetration and identifying new customer workloads in our most strategic customers in NAMER. The ideal candidate has sales experience in this vertical with a terrific reputation for overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets, while maintaining a strategy which scales across a large set of customers.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. The Enterprise Sales Executive will be an exceptionally strong and creative thinker who thrives in a team environment and embraces all aspects of selling, including prospecting, engaging partners, and leveraging all resources at their disposal to maximize breadth of impact. They must be able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and have very strong verbal and written communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
