Job Title:Account Manager – Non-Acute Sales
Location:Field-Based (Territory Assignment)
Reports To:Regional Sales Leadership

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, early-careerAccount Managerto grow our footprint across non-acute healthcare settings, including long-term care, senior living facilities, retail and LTC pharmacy, clinics, physician offices, home health & hospice, and correctional institutions. This is a field-based position responsible for managing a defined geographic territory, executing go-to-market strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving year-over-year growth.

What You’ll Do

Sales Execution & Business Development

  • Implement marketing initiatives and track performance

  • Develop new customer relationships and expand existing ones within your territory

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy providers to support product usage

  • Represent the company at local, regional, and national trade shows

  • Promote product education and clinical advantages to physicians and pharmacists

Customer Engagement & Communication

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with internal teams and external customers

  • Deliver product presentations that demonstrate value and support purchase decisions

Territory & Account Management

  • Keep CRM/account profiles updated and submit timely reports and documentation

  • Track expenses and submit reports in a timely manner

  • Uphold compliance with all business conduct and company standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in medical sales (e.g. pharma, device, diagnostics) or B2B sales

  • Clinical or healthcare background with leadership experience is a plus
