You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, oversee the delivery of comprehensive logistics solutions, and drive continuous improvement across production and supply chain initiatives.

In this role you will coordinate with internal teams to align real-time planning, manage API/EDI integrations, and ensure timely execution of client requirements.

Position Purpose

The Account Manager opportunity with PGL is designed for an industry expert who is responsible for servicing and developing our most dynamic and high-profile customers. The Account Manager will focus on building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including managers, supply chain executives, and other decision-makers, while overseeing the delivery of comprehensive logistics solutions. This role will proactively manage customer operations, anticipate needs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful execution of production and supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience

• Prior supervisory/management experience in logistics and fulfillment operations
• Inventory and production planning management experience
• Multi facility warehouse management experience
• Experience in managing API/EDI integration endeavors
• Skilled in using sophisticated warehouse management system (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Ideally experienced in system changeover/conversion/new system adoption

Education (some or all of the following)

• Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
• Business degree in management
• Industry specific certifications/credentials
• Process Expertise, including 6-Sigma certification
