  • Understand how key trade show functions intersect, including event strategy, exhibits and sponsorship, attendee and exhibitor marketing, operations, production, creative, registration, housing, and onsite experience.
  • Anticipate dependencies, risks, and potential challenges across event workstreams and proactively bring forward recommendations and solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and subject matter experts across strategy, creative, marketing, sales, event operations, production, and other disciplines to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Partner effectively with external event partners and vendors, including convention centers, general service contractors, production partners, registration providers, and other key suppliers.
  • Monitor account scope, budgets, schedules, and profitability, proactively identifying potential issues and managing changes in scope or client expectations.
  • Develop and review client-facing presentations, recommendations, meeting materials, reports, and other deliverables, ensuring they are strategically sound and client ready.
  • Understand how key trade show functions intersect, including event strategy, attendee and exhibitor marketing, exhibits and sponsorship, creative, operations, production, registration, housing, and onsite experience.
