The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to keep client campaigns running smoothly and coordinate with our creator network. You’ll be the main point of contact for our managed clients — handling communication, tracking deliverables, and collaborating directly with creators. You’ll work closely with our creative strategist to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly and content meets client goals. You may also support SaaS onboarding and product demos as we continue to expand.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their main point of contact
  • Oversee campaigns from kickoff to delivery - coordinating briefs, creator communication, and client feedback
  • Track project timelines and deliverables using internal tools; ensure deadlines, budgets, and expectations stay on track
  • Monitor campaign performance, share key results, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI
  • Support onboarding for new clients
  • Resolve issues quickly, escalate when needed, and maintain clear documentation of next steps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (strategy, creative, product, and ops) to keep execution smooth
  • Identify renewal or expansion opportunities and contribute to proposals when applicable
  • Stay up to date on UGC and social trends to help clients succeed in the creator space
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–3 years (or equivalent) in account management, marketing, customer success, or an agency/influencer setting
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, confident in client-facing interactions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, juggling multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) with Asana (or similar PM tools), CRMs, analytics tools
  • Strong analytical instincts, you should enjoy digging into metrics, performance, and optimizations
  • Bonus: experience or interest in SaaS, influencer/creator marketing, agency life, or social commerce
