The Grand River Dam Authority is seeking a Municipal Customer Relations professional in Oklahoma to coordinate programs and initiatives for public power communities. You will work with multiple divisions to plan, execute projects, and maintain strong client relationships.

This position works collaboratively with other members of the Municipal Customer Relations Team (CRT) to explore, develop, and complete programs, projects, and initiatives that assist and serve the public power communities in their mission to provide affordable, reliable municipally-owned power to their citizens.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public relations, or a closely related field, preferred. Minimum of 5 years of municipal government, civic organization, or electric utility experience, with an emphasis on customer service or related field, preferred.
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.
Work is performed in an office setting This position requires some evening and weekend travel and meeting requirements.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
