CCSLA CCS Facility Services - Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to deliver customer service excellence and drive business growth.

You will regularly visit client sites, uphold service quality, and strengthen relationships with current customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. You will lead by example, promoting our culture and values, coordinating with field staff, and maintaining clear communication channels with clients and employees.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
