Job description

The purpose of this role is to drive the day to day operations of email/SMS/mobile push services delivery. The role ensures our email/SMS/mobile push services teams are organised and well positioned to deliver for our clients. The role engages directly with our clients, but also other teams, and communication is a key.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
• Is responsible for the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing strategies
• Ensures timeliness and quality of client deliverables including - campaign counts, reports, change requests, presentations and proposals
• Is a key point person for deliverables for both the internal team as well as with clients for tactical delivery or account status
• Identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing processes
• Maintains client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients leveraging strong account management and interpersonal skill
• Ensures the quality of client deliverables from the email/SMS/mobile push capability
• Coordinates and manages internal and external client meetings; responsible for daily communication with key client contacts
