Account Manager

Location: RDC/Branch

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing a market‑specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
• Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
• Being regularly available and responsive to customers’ real‑time needs.
• Meeting regularly with customers in the sales market to understand their needs.
• Educating customers on Crawford’s value‑add offerings.
• Identifying and pursuing existing customer opportunities.
• Building long‑term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.
• Championing Crawford’s brand in the local community.
• Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry‑related experience.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals.
• Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
