Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

For more than 25 years,eComSystems (eCom)has served major retail chains, independent retailers, and national wholesalers within channels such as grocery, hardware, natural foods, pharmacy, and sporting goods, to provide omnichannel technology on a national scale with localized customization. eCom’s patented platforms provide solutions for well-known national wholesalers and retailers to improve sales, enhance digital marketing capabilities, increase process efficiencies, and reduce costs.
TheAccount Managerwill be responsible for leading and managing assigned corporate accounts ensuring sales, profitability and operational goals are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, direct and execute the yearly strategic plan for assigned corporate accounts.
- Manage assigned account(s) points of contact ensuring expectations pertaining to annual goals, growth, production, pricing, new functionality and overall usage of eComsystems services and products are achieved.
- Identify areas for expansion, increase growth, profitability of assigned accounts.
- Identify potential risks to client relationships and develop strategies to mitigate and combat risk.
- Collaborates with internal teams including technical, software development, creative services, and quality departments ensuring proper direction and service for assigned accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- At least two years of regional and/or national account management experience required, 5+ years preferred.
- Prior experience working for a software company preferred.
- Previous experience working in retail – especially Grocery/ Hardware/Natural Foods preferred.
- Bachelor degree in business (sales, marketing, or technical engineering field) preferred.
- Career path should demonstrate a successful history of implementing and executing sales and marketing plans/strategies, including onboarding and launching of new clients/customers.
- Above average project management skills required including oversight of a high degree of technical details.
- Must be able to manage multiple accounts concurrently and handle internal collaborations/coordination between multiple internal departments.
- Strong computer skills (Sales Database Systems, Office, Outlook), as well as possess superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who is able to roll up their sleeves and collaborate with the team at all levels.
