Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests including pre-renewals and renewals.
• Prepare proposals, summaries, and certificates for clients.
• Conduct contract reviews and resolve compliance issues.
• Use internal systems for workload management.
• Participate in renewal meetings and coordinate with team members.

With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Requests - Handle pre-renewals/renewals, complete Acord applications, submit to carriers, and analyze quotations.
• Client Support - Prepare proposals, summaries, binders, invoices, and certificates; review endorsements, policies, and audits for accuracy.
• Compliance & Contracts - Conduct contract reviews, resolve COI compliance issues, order endorsements, and ensure insurance requirements are met.
• System & Workflow Management - Use internal systems to track and prioritize workload; follow up professionally with clients and carriers.
• Collaboration & Meetings - Participate in renewal meetings and coordinate with producers and account managers.
• Training & Development - Complete certifications and training; assist with mentoring Account Assistants as needed.
• Carrier & Industry Knowledge - Stay up to date on carrier underwriting guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Information

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
