Job summary

Kaseya Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to focus on expanding existing accounts and identifying new growth opportunities within your portfolio. You will strengthen relationships with current clients and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions while exceeding quotas and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning their needs with Kaseya’s solutions.
• Strategic Sales Execution: Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews, to identify new opportunities and overcome potential challenges.
• Manage Adoption Metrics: Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing adoption challenges and following established sales processes to drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies.
• Revenue Growth: Take ownership of your sales targets, consistently exceeding quotas while delivering exceptional value to clients. Actively contribute to both short-term and long-term revenue generation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
• CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked to drive sales success.
