Job summary

This position focuses on managing and growing client relationships to ensure high-quality landscape maintenance services. Key responsibilities include serving as the main contact for assigned accounts, monitoring job costs, and supporting field staff training.

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in maintenance management, a strong knowledge of horticulture, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Partnerwith production managers and crews to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance services efficiently.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Assistin the training and development of field staff tomaintainhigh performance and safety standards.
• Support company initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
