Job summary

LGG Industrial in Louisville, KY seeks an Account Manager to grow Branham Industrial/LGG Industrial relationships, identify needs across product lines, and drive sales through acquisition, development, retention and management of strategic customers in designated territories.

You will collaborate with internal partners to provide value-added solutions, maintain data in the CRM, and communicate with customers about orders, pricing, and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years of sales, service, and/or industrial distribution experience or a college degree in Industrial Distribution or related degree program.
  • University degree in engineering, business or related area of study preferred; will consider equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells company products, systems, and services to new and existing customers.
  • Develops and manages a strategic territory plan to exceed targets for gross profit and sales.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and internal support personnel through regular communication.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to provide value added solutions that impact customers and revenue.
  • Maintains accurate data in CRM and provides regular business reviews, order status, pricing, and delivery updates.
  • Willing to travel within assigned territory, including overnight travel and nights/weekends as required.

A minimum of 60% of your work week will be spent in the field visiting customer sites, which may include warehouses, industrial facilities, or construction environments. Customer site visits may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions such as noise, temperature changes, or dust. The office environment may require using standard office equipment (such as computers, phones, and printers).
