The Account Manager, based in the U.S., reports to the Midwest Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for driving profitable growth of Bodycote’s thermal processing and specialist technology services across the Aerospace, Defense, Energy (Oil & Gas and Nuclear), Power Generation, and Medical markets.
This role is responsible for generating new leads, expanding business within existing accounts, developing new customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to introduce Bodycote’s capabilities into new applications and markets across North America. Success requires a hands‑on, technically oriented, and solution-focused approach to application development, customer engagement, and business development.
The Account Manager builds and manages a robust sales pipeline, develops strategic account plans, and accelerates revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaboration across Bodycote’s regional, technical, and operational teams is essential to leverage the company’s full range of capabilities, develop integrated customer solutions, and identify opportunities to expand Bodycote’s market share.
