THE WORK
Must be located in Austin, Texas.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and providing after-sales support.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach (email, phone, social media).
Present products to potential clients and schedule meetings with Sales Engineers or Business Development Managers.
Maintain regular client communication to understand needs, resolve issues, and build long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns using tools like Salesforce and Seamless.AI.
Track and update lead activity in CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach) to ensure accurate pipeline management.
Use customer feedback to improve experience, generate ideas for brand awareness, and report sales performance regularly.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
4 years of experience in SaaS and Cloud Computing sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
Familiarity with the full suite of Google Cloud products and strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
Skilled in sales strategy, market research, and negotiation techniques.
Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce; experience with Outreach is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in team coordination or management roles.
