Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Houston, TX is hiring an Account Manager to join our team. You will understand client needs and recruit a pipeline to fill Office and Professional roles.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of staffing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We provide a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with after-hours availability based on client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.
• Educate and place candidates in open positions.
• Screen clients to fill positions with specific requirements.
• Document interactions with clients and employees.
• Willingness to visit clients and participate in job fairs as needed.
• Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool per Accurate Personnel policy.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Account Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas!

This individual will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and recruiting a pipeline to fill those Office & Professional needs. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of staffing industry experience and bilingual ability (English & Spanish).

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $50,000 to $55,000 annually, paid weekly, plus bonus earning potential.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the manager must be available after hours based on client needs.
• Located in Houston, Texas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of our clients and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs
• Educates and sells candidates on various open positions
• Thoroughly screens clients to accurately fill positions with specific requirements
• Documents interactions with clients and employees
• Willingness to perform client visits and job fairs as needed
• An ability to interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Ideally possesses at least 3-5 years of experience within the Office & Professional staffing. Light Industrial Staffing experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates knowledge of EEO policy
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.
