Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Private Label to serve as the primary contact for private label customers, handling orders and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning and Logistics to ensure exceptional service and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP/EDI, monitoring inventory and delivery issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP and EDI experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and serve as primary contact for assigned private label customers.
• Receive, process, and monitor customer purchase orders using SAP and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Ensure timely order entry, order maintenance, and shipment coordination.
• Partner with Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics to resolve order, inventory, and delivery issues.
• Monitor promotional programs, customer commitments, and order fulfillment.
• Review customer inventory requirements and coordinate changes to meet customer demand.
• Monitor customer credit status and assist with payment inquiries as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports for Sales and Management.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
