Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our growing insurance brokerage. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling quotes, submissions and policy updates with accuracy and care.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in insurance or customer service, hold a P&C and/or L&H license, and communicate bilingually in English and Arabic. Experience with AMS360 is a plus and you’ll work closely with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance or customer service.
• Active P&C and/or L&H insurance license.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines; gather underwriting information and prepare submission materials.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management; maintain records in AMS360.
• Collaborate with Producers and Senior Client Managers to support client needs; handle policy changes and endorsements efficiently.

Job Description

Reports To: Client Service Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines. Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
• Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs. Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) required.
