You'll take ownership of these relationships, become a trusted resource for customers, and identify opportunities to expand recurring revenue through aftermarket products and services. This is an opportunity to do more than simply manage accounts. You'll play an instrumental role in shaping the company's aftermarket sales strategy while developing your career within an established global organization.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

- Newly Created Position: Help build and shape the aftermarket sales function, influence commercial strategy, and establish best practices for long-term growth.
- High-Value, Recurring Revenue: Represent essential replacement parts, consumables, and services that manufacturers depend on to keep their production equipment operating efficiently.
- National & International Growth Potential: Initially oversee customer relationships across the United States, with potential expansion into Canada, Mexico, and other markets.
- Long-Term Career Advancement: Join an established global organization that offers professional development, technical training, and opportunities to advance into broader commercial leadership roles.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and expand relationships with an established portfolio of industrial manufacturing customers across the United States.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase aftermarket sales of replacement parts, consumables, and services.
- Conduct regular visits to manufacturing facilities to understand customer operations, equipment needs, and opportunities for improvement.

- Serve as a trusted technical and commercial resource, helping customers identify solutions that improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Monitor competitive activity, evaluate market trends, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage sales forecasts, account planning, customer engagement, and performance metrics.
- Help develop and implement new aftermarket sales initiatives to support long-term business growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or account management, ideally selling into manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical components, or manufacturing equipment.
- Experience developing long-term customer relationships, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow business within an existing customer base.
- Backgrounds in industrial automation, packaging machinery, OEM equipment, material handling, pumps, valves, fluid handling, filtration, motors, bearings, or related industrial technologies are highly relevant.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable visiting manufacturing facilities, engaging with technical stakeholders, and learning complex industrial equipment applications.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a nationwide territory independently.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50–75%, typically including 1–3 overnight stays per week.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience selling aftermarket parts, replacement components, consumables, or industrial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP platforms is a plus.
