Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our disposable medical supply footprint across hospitals, home health agencies, clinics, and physician offices. You will conduct product presentations, build relationships with key decision-makers, and partner with Operations to deliver outstanding service.

The role emphasizes a strong track record in healthcare sales, quota attainment, and the ability to travel up to 90% of each day while learning multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 2 years outside B2B sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary.
• Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to learn multiple product-lines and travel 90% of each day.

Responsibilities

• Calling on hospitals, home health agencies, multiple clinics, rehab centers and physician offices.
• Conducting sales presentations, in-services and developing relationships with appropriate KOLs.
• Maintaining existing relationships and presenting new products and services.
• Working closely with Operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory.

* This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated and capable sales professionals seeking a role where their earnings can significantly exceed their base salary through commission.

The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $60,000 - $70,000 annually plus an uncapped commission plan. Please note that this will be dependent on level, years of experience, and geographic location

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary.
• 2 years outside B2B sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to learn multiple product-lines.
• Proficient in MS Office including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Due to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day. Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required.

The base salary range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$80,000 per year. This range may vary based on years of relevant experience and geographic location.
