The Richards Group an IMA Company is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you! This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

Qualifications

• Prior industry exposure
• An active Property & Casualty License
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
• Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred not required

Salary Range: $45,000 USD - $55,000 USD
