Federated Insurance in Baxter, MN is hiring an Agency Marketer to support sales reps, manage insurance exposures, and collaborate with brokers and underwriters. You will communicate policy details, handle renewals, and ensure accurate records while delivering high-quality client service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), a property & casualty license, and at least 2 years of insurance experience with strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses for performance in this role.

We are seeking a driven individual to assist our sales representatives in placing and managing insurance exposures with brokers and carriers. • Obtain and maintain necessary licenses for performance in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service.
• A minimum of 2 years of insurance experience (preferred).
• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong negotiation skills with numerical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong customer focus and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to retain confidential information and quickly recall important details.

This position is based out of our Weizenegger-Engel Insurance office, located at 15616 Edgewood Dr N, Baxter, MN 56425. This office operates as a service location of Federated Insurance.

The pay range is $70,200 - $85,800 per year. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a member of the Recruiting team.
