Enterprise Sales Account Manager – IT Hardware (Healthcare)

Location: Remote / Eastern US
Reports to: North American Sales Manager

We’re looking for a proven Sales Account Manager to spearhead growth in the U.S. healthcare sector—managing some of the world’s most recognized brands. This is a high-impact role working directly with decision-makers and a portfolio of cutting-edge IT hardware solutions that power the future of retail and hospitality operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top healthcare accounts.
  • Drive the full sales cycle—prospecting, building executive relationships, negotiating, and closing multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Position our IT hardware solutions as business-critical to day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, durability and functionality.
  • Partner with Technical Sales and Product Management to deliver tailored, value-driven proposals.
  • Consistently hit and exceed aggressive revenue targets.
  • Be the face of our company at industry events and with Fortune 500 clients.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of Enterprise IT hardware direct sales with a track record of outperforming quotas.
  • Strong connections with decision-makers in large healthcare systems.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (POS, Mobility, Business Print, Scan, Projection).

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $103,691 and $142,576. This position will have a 65/35 commission plan. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
