Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking an Account Manager to serve, retain, and grow a designated client within the consumer electronics portfolio. You will act as a business partner to both your team and clients, bringing creative solutions and taking calculated risks to unlock potential.

You will oversee program timelines, manage client services across multiple projects, and adapt to changing needs while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in an agency environment or the wireless industry.
• Experience in the wireless and retail industry is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams within a dynamic environment.
• Superb organizational skills – execution and deliverables.
• Excellent Google Workspace skills (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
• Located near an international airport with regular flights to Mexico, with up to 25% travel required.

The Account Manager will serve, retain, and grow their designated client within the consumer electronics portfolio. You will act as a business partner to both your team and your clients, bringing creative solutions and taking calculated risks to unlock potential each day.

Responsibilities

• Project & Timeline Management: Oversee all program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the account. Proactively track progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet objectives and exceed client expectations.
• Client Services: Work closely with the client to plan, execute, deliver, and reconcile multiple projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Field, Operations, Analytics, and Events).
• Adaptability: Respond to changing client, program, team, and organizational needs by generating viable new approaches and solutions.
• Detail Orientation: Ensure accuracy of all details, take thorough notes, ask critical questions, think critically, and remain organized.
