Position Summary:

The National Accounts Consulting Internship experience is an 11-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. CVS Health's hybrid work model provides office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates that qualify.

The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.

Sponsorship:

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

You Will Gain Valuable Work Experience and Participate In:

• Supporting account management activities and learning how healthcare organizations build and maintain client relationships
• Analyzing customer, market and business performance data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and executive-ready materials for client and leadership meetings
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives, process improvements and business objectives
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitive insights and healthcare market developments
• Learning how organizations evaluate customer needs, measure performance and support business growth strategies
• Participating in meetings with internal stakeholders to gain exposure to client management, sales support and healthcare consulting practices

Required Qualifications:

• Meet educational requirements (see Education section)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports or school or work-related projects
• Have internship, work or project experience in a related field
• Show strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
• Interest in healthcare account management business strategy consulting or client relationship management
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis reporting or presentations
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and critical- thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2027 and June 2028
• Have a major relevant to the position such as Business Administration Marketing Management Healthcare Administration Public Health Finance Economics Communications Analytics or a related field

The typical pay range for this role is:

$26.00 - $26.00
