      The Opportunity

      The Corporate Solutions business provides real estate and workplace strategy, services and technology to corporates and public institutions globally. We provide a holistic approach to managing activities across the entire real estate life cycle (Portfolio, Capital and Operations). In addition, we ensure the technology, data and analytics drive business insights and decisions for our clients and the industry. Our goal is to enable our clients' businesses and drive value for their enterprises.

      We service 500+ accounts globally through a highly talented and diverse workforce of 35,000 colleagues. We annually generate $1.3B in net fee revenue, and $9.0B in GAAP revenue (2017). Our long-term goal to 2025, is to double the revenue of our business at increased margins. In GAAP revenue terms, the business is currently geographically weighted as follows: Americas 60%, EMEA 20% and Asia Pacific 20%.

      The Role

      As we look to lead our industry, the appointment of a Account Management Regional Operations Lead is a pivotal step. S/he will be accountable for leading the planning process, supporting the account leadership to identify opportunities to drive account growth, setting the rules for client segmentation and develop a strategic vision for the account. The role sits within our global Account Management Enablement function which provides industry leading expertise to the Account Executives by rolling out initiatives that drive operational excellence, leadership growth, and financial growth.

    The Responsibilities

    Driving Operational Excellence

    • Drive the account management readiness program to support our account leadership growth for existing and new client relationships.
    • Own content management for internal portal that support account management function from playbooks to case studies.
    • Own internal meetings that gather all account leaders together for updates and education sessions (Regional Account Directors, Account Executives, and Business Line Leaders)
    • Drive peer to peer network program that bring like minded account leaders together to share best practices and improve operations
    • Defines KPI scorecard for Account Executives, tracks and monitors progress. BI and insights are used to improve performance.
    • Support JLL transformation initiatives to drive efficiency

    Achieves Financial Results

    • Supports the account leadership to achieve the successful financial performance and growth and renewal of client accounts, including driving use of JLL's CRM software platform.
    • Drives account leadership to deliver on growth / margin improvement initiatives.
    • Utilizes business acumen and analytics to drive financial results on a global scale across the accounts.
    • Drives growth globally to expand the book of business with the client across geographies and service lines

    Contributes to the Growth of the Company

    • Organizes and supports our global client advisory board meetings
    • Roll out voice of customer program, including review of data for account management function
    • Brings to the organization leading practices, expertise and/or innovation.
    • Becomes internal reference for best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand Jones Lang LaSalle's business
    • Leads planning process to support the Account leadership to produces and present a multi-year Account Plan and related client business plan to include key objectives; client satisfaction results; summary of value add activities; and outlines growth/expansion opportunities to achieve

    The Requirements

    Ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
    • Deep experience in client account planning
    • Extensive experience in multinational companies, having preferably already managed the complexity of a similar role, that goes from developing the strategic framework all the way to delivering innovative ideas and executing for global clients
    • Ability to successfully demonstrate the application of analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills and a highly efficient and structured work method
    • Extensive experience of measuring relevant data (financial, environmental, performance) and translate the data appropriately to reassess, adjust, expand or curtail
    • Strong client focus and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
    • Ability to challenge the status quo, drive change and think "outside the box"
    • Strong degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to establish trust and build relationships
    • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different cultures across the globe
    • Strong cultural alignment: unwavering ethical standards; drives excellence and innately collaborative

Estimated total compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year
