Job Description

United Community Bank is in search of an Account Maintenance Specialist. This person will be responsible for the overall monitoring, completion, and follow-up of retail account maintenance requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process daily maintenance requests while following bank policies and procedures
  • Review various forms for accuracy and completion
  • Promptly answer, screen and forward incoming calls and emails
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels by proactively participating and contributing to a positive work environment, controlling emotions and temperament, and exhibiting courteous, respectful, and professional behavior at all times
  • Maintain familiarity with bank products and services
  • Maintain appropriate understanding of Bank systems
  • Maintain familiarity with all regulatory standards
  • Maintain familiarity with and uphold all Bank policies and procedures including policies and procedures related to this position
  • Complete all training requirements as assigned
  • Cross train on other Data Deparment roles to serve as a backup when necessary
  • Other related duties as assigned

Computer Requirements:
