Position:Account Liaison/Customer Service

Since our inception, PSI has expanded to three plants in the Mid-Atlantic region and is staffed by over 350 employees. POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Account Liaison for our Connellsville, PA facility. This role involves extensive contact with our customers and internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely reception, scheduling, production, billing, and shipping of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support within a manufacturing environment. We seek a self-motivated, positive professional eager to work hard, develop strong customer relationships, and grow with our company. The core schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch; occasional overtime may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external customers.
  • Communicate professionally via email and phone with customers, updating them on order status and handling order changes.
  • Enter customer orders into the fulfillment system.
  • Build customer-specific manufacturing specifications for finished goods production.
  • Run inventory reports for customers.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with customer relations, including running usage reports, sending specifications, and responding to inquiries.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 2-3+ years of professional customer service and/or sales support experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of order fulfillment systems; Amtech experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to understand and work with formulas, measurements, and percentages.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills in a busy environment.
  • Professional attitude and phone etiquette are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
