Job summary

Clinical Education Alliance LLC is seeking an Account Lead - Publications to manage the planning and execution of assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of account management experience, preferably in medical communications.

The role involves developing client relationships, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. This position is remote and requires some domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, communications, and/or business.
• Previous account management experience, preferably in a medical communications agency setting (4+ years experience).
• Experience managing publication deliverables, such as manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain an assigned book of business.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain knowledge of market and client strategies.
• Own and maintain all client financial reporting.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of client contact.
