Three Rings Inc. is a fast-growing integrated marketing and PR agency in the Boston area seeking an experienced Account Lead. You will manage PR campaigns for a portfolio of B2B technology clients, coordinating media relations, analyst relations, influencer outreach, content creation, and social media.

You will mentor junior staff, drive strategic campaigns, and serve as the primary contact for clients. A strong writing background and experience in PR are essential for success in this role.

Three Rings is one of the fastest-growing integrated marketing and PR agencies in the Boston area. Specializing in public relations, brand marketing, growth marketing, and content creation for technology companies, we work with everyone from start-ups to global power players to help them define and execute marketing and communications strategies that pack a punch and drive growth.

We’re currently looking for a super-creative, roll-up-your-sleeves Account Lead with 7-10+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll be a key figure in building and managing PR campaigns and content for our growing portfolio of B2B technology clients. You’ll be involved in all aspects of PR – media relations, analyst relations, influencer relations, content creation, social media, and more.

Responsibilities include:

Leading accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and serving as their main point of contact.

Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic integrated campaigns, built specifically to meet our clients’ goals. Most accounts span PR and digital marketing, so having a working knowledge of the latter is a plus (although we expect specialists to do the actual work).

Owning and executing media relations, analyst, awards and speaking programs, distributing targets across your teams.

Writing and reviewing content, including press releases, blogs, bylines, etc.

Raising the performance of younger professionals through training programs, personal interactions, etc.

Requirements include:

7-10+ years of experience in public relations.

Proven competency with media relations. Success with analyst relations, speaking and awards is a plus.

Experience in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and/or networking is a plus.

Demonstrated strong writing skills.

Experience working in teams and raising the performance of younger members.
