What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive incoming client benefit plan designs and accurately code and document benefits for new or renewing business
• Provide support to clients regarding benefit plan submissions and resolve any questions or issues promptly
• Conduct condensed system testing to verify accurate entry of benefits and forward submissions for full plan testing
• May coach new Account Install Specialists and participate in cross-functional projects for operational best practices
• Strive for continuous process improvement and resolve set-up issues urgently to avoid member disruption

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with proven technical knowledge and ability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate’s degree in Business, healthcare, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 1 year of experience in pharmacy benefit design, claims processing, or a related role in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
