Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an Account Fleet Coordinator (AFC)!

The AFC is the primary client service contact for a portfolio of Enterprise Fleet Management accounts. They share ownership of the client experience with the Client Strategy Manager (CSM). Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing sales and administrative support, collaborating with Fleet Operations, and ensuring superior service through professional communication. The role requires daily contact with clients, managing multiple tasks, emails, and meetings efficiently.

The pay range is $26.78-$28.28 per hour, determined by relevant education, experience, skills, and organizational needs. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Phoenix, AZ, with working hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enterprise Fleet Management offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401k matching, profit sharing, flexible scheduling, paid time off, discounts, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for assigned clients via phone and email
  • Manage administrative and sales support tasks
  • Create, update, and distribute lease documents; handle related inquiries
  • Input and initiate vehicle quotes and orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client solutions
  • Prepare documents and reports for client meetings; attend meetings as needed
  • Participate in virtual development meetings and help achieve department goals

Qualifications

  • Reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding counties
  • 5+ years of client, sales, vendor support, logistics, or supply chain experience
  • 5+ years of problem resolution or data analysis experience
  • 3+ years of client communication and collaboration experience
  • Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Willing to accept $26.78-$28.28/hour
  • Ability to meet technical requirements for remote work
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
