Job summary

Amcor LLC on the West Coast is seeking an experienced Account Executive to develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the Healthcare North America line. This field sales role requires interfacing with multiple levels of the organization to achieve growth and EBITDA targets.

You will build strategic plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate market intelligence into profitable initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • 7+ years outside sales experience within Healthcare or related market.
  • West coast-based location preferred (remote work position).
  • Self-starter that is results oriented and works with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.
  • Develop & implement business plans supporting budgets and strategy.
  • Build relationships with Top Tier customers to drive profitability and growth.
  • Anticipate market trends and customer needs to gain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for increased market share from market data and surveys.
  • Suggest and initiate product developments based on customer needs and market surveys.

This position is a field sales position that requires interfacing with customer contacts at multiple levels of the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for delivering the GROWTH Plan: Sales & EBITDA of the Healthcare North America business.2. Develop & implement business plan which supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.3. Build relationships with Top Tier customers and potential customers, understanding their business & needs and utilizing that information to assist in developing Amcor’s strategies for improved profitability and growth.4. Anticipate market trends and customer needs, positioning Amcor to have the competitive advantage.5. Work within a cross-functional team, including but not limited to BusinessDevelopment, Product Line Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources functional leaders to meet the Healthcare segment business targets.6. Ability to quickly & proficiently learn new products and technologiesThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $115,000 to $130,000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $112,000 to $140,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location.
