What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully & self-insured market, focusing on the 50-200 life segment
- Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships
- Develop infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
- Manage relationships within a partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers
- Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
- Strong desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
- Strong ability to present and communicate effectively
- Commitment to the mission of improving the healthcare system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the fully & self-insured market
- Familiarity with partnership ecosystems in healthcare
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance
